Halifax - best cheeseburger

I tried a search function with no joy, so am asking the CC cloud. We are sailing into Halifax in a few weeks, and are looking for a place within a mile or so from the cruise terminal to get a good cheeseburger.

 

We have been to Halifax before a few times, and know where the Historic Properties, Salty's, Cows, etc. are and are not looking for a lobster at Peggy's Cove or Salty's, but by that time in a trans-Atlantic we want to have a cheeseburger that is not "well done", which is how HAL (and I presume other lines) cook their burger patties/hockey pucks. I know there are a lot of pubs and restaurants a few blocks from the waterfront/around the Burying Ground. Which one, though?

 

Any help would be much appreciated.

Added on edit: BTW, if the place also offers a chance to have a Molson's or Labatt's as well, all the better.

If it's Halifax it should be an Alexander Keith's Pale Ale or a Moosehead.

Henry House, mentioned above, is close to the waterfront. Darrell's is withing walking distance.

Thank you for the input. That peanut butter burger sounds ... uh, interesting. The Pale Ale also sounds great. I appreciate your help.

I used to live in Halifax, now Victoria, and I second the peanut butter burger from Darrel's. I go to Halifax once a year and Darrel's is always a stop for me!
