Sands Brewery in Freeport

I would love to know.. every time we stop in Freeport I try to get a taxi to the brewery and we always get varying pricing and more than we want to pay. Last time they quoted $50 for the 2 of us, but I have no reference for pricing so I do not know what a fair price would be.

$50 seems REALLY high. The brewery is only about 10 min from the port, as I recall. It has been a few years since we did the tour, but I think our cab ride for three of us was about $20, tip included.

I think we are going to book the excursion but does anyone who as done this tour know if my friends' 16 year old sister can come along just not drink obviously?? Want to make sure before we all book this one.
