Best value drinks option

On hols I drink about half a bottle of wine a night, husband varies between wine beer and spirits but lets say on average 5 drinks. We both like the odd cocktail and in the past have found these to be strong and exceptionally good value for money (other cruise lines though).

 

Due to go on indy for two weeks at the end ofmthe month, and I was thinking of maybe getting the 7 bottle wine package, taking two on board, then we can buy any additional drinks. Daughter will have soda package anyway and then buy her own mocktails or whatever out of the pocket money she will get from my lovely generous relatives.

 

Is this the best option financially, or if you buy the wine package do you find yourself buying loads of other drinks because they are so nice? We are on a relatively strict budget and I don't want to be stressed out about money all fortnight.
