1time Posted June 30, 2005 #1 Share Posted June 30, 2005 I will be travelling in Aug. to Alaska with only my two children (7 and 41/2). As this is my first time I was not really aware of the different cabins and how they could vary. I am in Cabin 9060 and wanted to know if it would be a good cabin for veiwing from as I am sure we will be spending some time in the cabin. Thanks in advance for the help. MadCnty Posted June 30, 2005 #2 Share Posted June 30, 2005 Any stateroom with a balcony is good for viewing in Alaska. The only problem is that you will not be able to look straight down into the water as there are covers above the lifeboats... We were in a hump cabin and these were the only ones that I seen that had an "unobstructed" view of the water below. If you look in our first album of pictures linked in my signature you can see what I'm talking about... But most of the viewing is to the sides anyway so you will be more than ok...;)
