Helped needed for Fishing Hawaii Fresh and Salt

I will have the opportunity to visit Hawaii (Oahu) for a week prior to taking the Pride of Aloha on August 7 - 13. I would love to get any information about what is available as far as deeps sea fishing charters (meeting others on board about sharing a charter), fresh water fishing both fly and spinning and also fishing from shore. I won't be spending all my time fishing but I don't want to find out about something special I missed after the fact. Any help or personal experiences would be appreciated. I'm searching the internet every evening but you personal experience would also help.
