Does anyone know how I can get the email address of an on-board staff member (Guest relations manager) ? I wanted to send them a "Thank You" for helping us through a 'challenging' :mad: situation we had on board with a guest of ours, but wanted to do it directly with them.

I am going to assume this was on your recent cruise on Allure? You can try AL_GuestServicesManager@rccl.com There is an underscore "_" between AL and Guest
