Aloft doral

Looking into this Aloft for a pre-cruise stay. We will shuttle to hotel and take a cab in the morning to the port. At $88 bucks is this a good option and how is the area ?

The area is kind of boring. The only thing nearby is an outlet mall Dolphin Mall, which does offer some dining and entertainment options.

If you can swing it, check rates for Aloft hotel in Brickell, you will be within walking distance of public transportation and walking distance of dining and entertainment. You could easily get to Aloft Brickell via metrorail $2.00 per person.

I think I might lean in that direction. I had my first stay at an Aloft in dallas last year and I love the property. We are flying into FLL so I would rather shuttle to hotel and just take a cab in the morning.
