Can anyone tell me where the tender boat goes into? We are due to meet some friends who are on holiday there and need to decide where to arrange to meet them.

It arrives in the Fiskardo bay marina, approximately in the center of the yacht docking area (and about 2 blocks away from the Agnantia Hotel).

are tendered? We were on the Spirit in May & we tied up to the pier. It was a bit of a walk or there was a city sponsored bus to take you into the town. There appears to be plenty of room to tie up at the port, there was a very large Iberico - Spanish cruise ship in port also & a ferry.
