Space Center Houston Flying Southwest

Has anyone ever done the Space Center Houston tour while flying on Southwest. We wanted to book the Space Center tour the day we return from our cruise with an airport transfer, however the transfer takes us to George Bush Airport and Southwest flies into Hobby Airport. Anyone have any suggestions as to what we would do with our luggage if we took a cab to the Space Center before our flight home?

It would be a cheaper option to book outside like a car service or super shuttle since Hobby is less than 35 miles from the cruise terminal and Bush is almost 65, add the fact of meter time for traffic and going all the way to Bush will lose a lot of time (traffic) as well as $$$. Just sayin'

Not sure if this post is too late, but what you can do is stay in Kemah or up the road a bit near NASA the day you get off your ship. It is not far at all.

 

I guess if it were me, I would rent a car for a day or two.
