On Vantage ships where is the 110 volt outlet ??

Kinda think it's in the bathroom. I always take a standard short extension cord along. Willard

Check all your chargers, etc to see if they are dual voltage (100 to 240) volts. If so, all you need is a round 2 pin adapter. We also take a cube tap because of all the stuff we plug in!

Right now we have a Nook, Kindle,camera, battery charger,mini speakers!

It looks like a science lab!

what is a cube tap????

Sorry, A cube tap is a cube with a 2 pin or 3 pin plug on on side and 3 sockets on the other 3 sides.

Below is a picture. We like them because they take up much less room than a power strip.

I see it is a 3 prong ( it has a groud) will that work on a ship ..

Haven't been on the new ship yet, but on the Navigator and Odyssey it's over the dressing table desk, so it's easy to blow dry your hair and charge your camera and ipod.

 

Now MY question: on the new ships they advertise a dock for your electronics. Does anyone know if it's just for the Ipod or will it charge Kindle Fire, netbook and itouch, etc.

We recently got off the River Splendor. There was a 110 volt outlet at the desk/dressing table and one in the bathroom. In addition there is an iPod - iPad docking station, which is a good way to charge your phone.

On the new River Venture it is the same as what Poulsbo described. We had netbook, tablet, cameras and I dry my hair. Usually we take a short extension cord with 4 outlets. But did not take or need it on the riverboat.

You will need to take your charger. Only iPod .
