tkq Posted September 8, 2013 #1 Share Posted September 8, 2013 We have made our reservations at Nachi Cocom for the day we are in Cozumel. We are excited about a nice day on the beach and are considering having a massage while we are there. Has anyone had a massage and are they worth the $70 say compared to the massage on the ship (which is considerably more).
sara_jordan01 Posted September 8, 2013 #2 Share Posted September 8, 2013 I haven't been to Nachi since 2011, but they were awesome for the price. Privacy but still able to see and hear the waves. My mom (50 something) and I (20 something) had a great time and both really enjoyed it.
toddlerhouse Posted September 11, 2013 #3 Share Posted September 11, 2013 We've been to Nachi many times and I always get a massage- I love them. You can do them outside on the beach under a shelter or they have an inside area. I always enjoy mine on the beach. I've paid for more expensive massages but these are at least just as good! CaribbeanBound Posted September 12, 2013 #4 Share Posted September 12, 2013 Is the rate negotiable? Anyone try?
toddlerhouse Posted September 12, 2013 #5 Share Posted September 12, 2013 I have not tried- I felt it was fair esp. given the prices on board.
tkq Posted September 13, 2013 Author #6 Share Posted September 13, 2013 Thanks for all the info. One more question- do we need to book in advance or can we book when we get there. Not sure what time we will be off the ship and to the resort. Thanks again.
runninggalintexas Posted September 14, 2013 #7 Share Posted September 14, 2013 I just had a massage there this week. It was $40 for a 30 minute massage. It was on the beach with a 3 sided tent for privacy. It was one of the best massages I have ever had. I asked but she would not move back to Texas with me :). I did not make the reservation in advance. When the guy came around explaining the jet skis, etc. he asked if I wanted a massage and I said yes. I only had to wait about 15 minutes as there was only one other person signed up to get one.
DES07 Posted September 17, 2013 #8 Share Posted September 17, 2013 My husband got one there and loved it. But, if you are going to progreso you can get one there just as good and cheaper.
