Is it possible to move 1 of 4 passengers from a balcony to a studio after final payment ?

Not without losing a portion of whatever you were charged for the 4th passenger. I'm guessing there is a sale on the studios that prompted the recent decision so depending on if I'm right, and the numbers, it might be worth it. But there is some penalty because you are technically cancelling that person and creating a new solo booking.

Yes that is exactly it. The cost is still $100 more than 4th passenger but we got to thinking that 4 in a large balcony was going to be a little crowded. I am going to call anyway and check cause all they can say is no :)

you can remove passengers 3-8 outside of the 100% cancellation penalty window..without any penalties.... for a 7-day sailing that is at 14 days prior to cruise

I did call and got the change made with no penalty. Just cancelled the passenger and rebooked
