Love the responses! Would have replied sooner, but I was having my recurring magic strawberry dream....

 

On a more serious note, this letter was from the team leader. Not prepared to let it go just yet. Any suggestions on next steps? One website I saw awhile back suggested contacting the President of the company if all else fails. Perhaps I should do so by snail mail with a printout of this topic?

If you have any friends/relatives who are attorneys might be useful to have their opinion. I'm not familiar with Canadian law, but sometimes just a letter from an attorney to someone at the top can produce results.

And then there is the berth for the 4th cabin mate in the vertical mode

inside the shower.

 

If this were the Carnival Triumph I am sure that other sleeping

accommodations could be conjured up !

Always chuckle when I see "accommodates 4" on a plain old balcony cabin. Yeah sure' date=' if you take turns moving around!

Amazing letter. Sounds like it was written by the legal team. The whole affair was your fault!! :D Not up to NCL's standards of customer care.

I'm surprised this topic, or situation, hasn't come up before. All these years on here and I don't remember ever reading about these cabins. Sorry you had such a lousy time. I think I would have had a lousy time also.

Of course it was buried long ago. Also on the NCL website it now states that not all of these rooms have sofas.

Can anyone tell us about this cabin, other than inside and what is posted on NCL, like is it what they expected, bad or good things? Many thanks!
