Princess out of Houston Nov 9, 2013 Which port?

I'm a bit confused. I've been reading there is a new Bayport port that should be up and running by now? So where is my cruise leaving from? I thought it was leaving out of Galveston, but I am seeing on the map that Galveston is a bit more south.

 

Also, how do I reserve the Princess transfer? I'm not seeing it on their site.

 

I booked this cruise too fast out of excitement, and now I am seeing that there are a few hurdles that I didn't see. Distance from George Bush airport to the cruise terminal being a major one.

 

Also we are going to rent a car after the cruise and drive to New Orleans. I can't believe how much the one way rentals are! OMG.

 

Any help would be very much appreciated. TIA :)

You'll be sailing out of the "new" Bayport Terminal. Princess is offering transfers. If you booked direct with Princess, transfers are in your Cruise Personalizer. If you booked thru a TA call them or Princess.
