So the signature suites are behind a secured door to the hallway accessible by Signature and reflection suite key holders only.

 

If you invite guests, is there some sort of intercom system, or do you have to wait outside the hall door for them to arrive and bring them in?

There should be a house phone in the elevator lobby just outside the Signature Suites. You can wait in the comfort of your Suite and they can call your phone.
