One Ship in Port

Hello. I will be in GC the first week in November, and my ship (Carnival Victory) will likely be the only ship tendering. I've been leaning towards a private stingray/snorkeling excursion with NativeWay, but I'm wondering if less people in GC will impact our price and experience. We are only 2 people, and I worry we might not even be able to book with Nativeway if they do not have many other bookings. This is a chartered cruise, and I have yet to see anyone from the Roll Call or FB group willing to do non-ship excursions.

Has anyone done a non-ship excursion with only one ship tendered?
