What to do in Port Canaveral on December 30th?

There will be 4 adults and 6 teenagers (ages 16 to 19) in Port Canaveral on December 30 any suggestions on what we should do while there?

 

Been reading that airboat rides are fun. Is that something the teens would really enjoy? Can we book that with a tour company off the ship or should we book with Carnival?

They do Port of calls to KSC--Theme Parks etc.

 

Super stretch limo for 10 is cheaper than the ships excursions.
