New Orleans Hotel Reservations

Hello, I am brand new to the boards, but I have been addicted to reading them for weeks now. I am going on a Carnival cruise in November and I have booked a nights stay at the La Quinta Inn West Bank in New Orleans. I was hoping to find someone that has stayed there and maybe also someone who has left their car there during the duration of the cruise. They say you can leave your car there for free up to seven days. I would appreciate any advice. Thank you.

The LaQuinta Westbank is just fine. Others have posted that they did the same as you, left their cars there, and took a taxi to the pier. Cab fare is much less than parking your car near the cruise terminal for the week. Don't worry about it. You did well.:)

Thanks Cotton for the reply. After I read the website above I am not so sure...(ha ha) Oh well I guess I will hope for the best. Cant wait until November!!
