CCFC Posted October 3, 2013 #2 Share Posted October 3, 2013 You have the balcony of L106 above you, it will only stick out as far as your balcony does. Not a problem really!
the english lady Posted October 3, 2013 #3 Share Posted October 3, 2013 what do you mean by shaded , just checked the deck plans ,and you appear to have cabins above you, and they would be same size ..not stepped out..so no overhang.
Denarius Posted October 3, 2013 #4 Share Posted October 3, 2013 As someone who does not do brown, only red and freckles, I would regard a shaded balcony as a bonus.

the english lady Posted October 3, 2013 #6 Share Posted October 3, 2013 Well it does not have an overhang above the balcony...unless it means the balcony is the cut out type not open. Deck b has open balconys if you look at a side pix of the ship...glass fronts ,with just the dividing doors. decks a and c, the balcony is sort of a large hole in the hull..but then that would apply to all the balconys on deck a. I would ignore what it says in the brochure. Another thought , the flying wings of the bridge, but they should not put the cabin in the shade. Go on the cruise and have a really lovely time (we love Aurora) and come back and let us know what you found.
