Door Width for Various Cabins

Does anyone know the widths of different cabin doors? As you know, the availability of handicap rooms is very limited. Besides, we don't need all the features, and they would better serve someone in need. All we are concerned about is getting a mobility scooter into a regular cabin. It looks like about 23 inches is needed. Thanks.
