How late are water activities available?

We will be in Aruba on Feb. 25. I'm try to figure out how late in the afternoon we can plan to do watersports activities on a beach.

 

We are snorkeling with Aruba Bob in the AM, and know that we want to spend some time on the beach doing whatever watersports catch our eye.

 

We may also want to do a riding tour of some kind and I am trying to decide on whether we should do it in the early afternoon or early evening, and still allow time for beach activities.

 

I may also be trying to cram in to much, I just don't want to miss anything That is must do!
