Sun sailing Oct 30

We booked last minute and I have been trying to take time to go over the 4 new islands we have never been to but with it being so close I don't know that I'm going to be able to get through all of them nor the 57 pages of the roll call I was going to try to check out. So with that said has anyone already sailed on the 11 day NCL Sun. Columbia(7-3), Aruba(1-8), Curacao(8-5) & St Maarten(8-5) are the island on this cruise I've never been to. If anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it. If one island is better than another to dive or snorkel on that would be good to know just in case. Any other info you have on this sailing would be great to know also, I have tried looking around for a review etc but haven't really found one. I was thinking this thread is where I might find it. Sorry if this is not being posted on the right thread, although I have been a member for awhile I don't know all the ropes. Thanks for any and all help!

If you post this question on your roll call, I'm sure someone will give you some answers, without you needing to read all 57 pages. Sorry I dont' have the answers. Been to 3 of the 4 however just got off the ship and walked around.

Please come back and tell us all about your trip. Going in January :D

I did Sun 11 night in March. I was with my 79 yr old mom so unfortunately did not do any beach or snorkling. But I did do a lot of research and had the idea Aruba was the best for beaches.

We did a very interesting tour in Cartegena. We walked around in Curacao, it was charming. I went to the casino in Aruba. Have been to St Thomas and St Marteen before a few times.

Have fun.

If I were you, I'd do a quick google search on each of the islands to get an overview of what's there and what might interest you. Then I'd go to the Ports of Call board here on Cruise Critic. There will be a board for each port where you can read, ask questions and get info on tours, beaches, etc.

Also, Trip Advisor, a sister site to Cruise Critic, is a goldmine of information for each location with a ton of reviews for each attraction and tour.

Of your ports listed, I have only been to St Martin. You might want to check out Maho Beach while you're there. Not for the beach itself, but for the adjacent runway and the jets coming in overhead at what seems like finger tip height. Check it out on You Tube.

Love the Sun! Don't miss eating in Il Adagio, THE most beautiful and romantic dining venue afloat!
