Otherwise there is no self service ice machine like they have at hotels

We always ask the room steward to leave us a bucket in the morning and 1 later in the afternoon. We tip him prior and it seems to work out just fine!

The beverage stations in the lido buffet area will dispense crushed ice.

The lido buffet drink stations are your best bet. I can't remember for sure that it is crushed though. The ice the cabin steward has is cubed, not crushed.

TheLido ice is not crushed, but it is AWESOME!! Very crunchy! The cabin ice is just regular cubed ice.

There is an ice bucket in your cabin. If you call room service and ask for a bucket of ice they will deliver you a larger bucket that the regular one. Then ask your cabin steward to fill the larger one every day.

I take my Carnival ice chest bag from a bonvoyage gift with 4 beers and ask the steward to keep ice in it morning and night. I do love the crushed ice on the Lido for drinks.

On the Liberty two weeks ago no ice (did have bucket) until we asked room steward for it and he kept us in ice.
