Segway

I read..........somewhere, that you couldn't bring a back pack. Fanny pack is OK and they do have a small amount of storage in the segway.

We have booked a Segway tour and I was wondering if there is a place to put my personal items on the segway. Should I bring a lightweight backpack?

Do you know if we can rent a segway for children??? I wrote an email to them a few weeks ago to ask, but I had no answer... my son is 10 years old

I see nothing about children on their list of rules. Here's the list:

The Morro Fort might change their closing hours without consulting us.

Oh... I see... thanks for your answer... so it's not possible for us to rent a segway because of this rule :

Guests must weigh from 100 to 260 pounds to operate the Segway PT.

My son weighs only 76 pounds... :(

Maybe they didn't have the rules when we went. My Mom was 79 yo and she had a blast! She was also in excellent shape and health, so they probably just looked the other way. It didn't occur to us to ask. She also swang off the pirate ship on a rope swing on Jolly Pirates in Aruba that cruise.......:D
