NCL website "favorites" question

I cant find the contact info for the webmaster, so Ill ask here and see if anyone knows...

 

I found a cruise that I want to save as favorites, but it doesn't do anything when I click the little heart. Has anyone else noticed this? Or is it me, and it just doesn't work with chrome? :confused:

 

I've had issues with the favorites thing in the past. It either keeps them forever, even after I remove them or deletes them at random. Now I cant save at all..:rolleyes:

 

Maybe I should just write it down. :p

It doesn't let me save to faves either but it will let me share it so I just sent it to myself in an email.

Sounds like it's your browser. To test it I just saved a cruise to my bookmarks in Firefox with no issues. If you want to continue to use Chrome you may want to ensure you have the latest version downloaded.

Ive tried it with chrome, firefox and explorer with no luck. Explorer barely loads the page, but thats explorer for you :p

I have this problem now and also have had it in the past....it is quite annoying....favs would disappear for weeks and then reappear...and disappear...NOW--I can't save either......:mad: Guess NCL does not want me to cruise again....

Explorer...which was never a problem...last time my favorites disappeared..I called...and they got it to work..(BTW--they did not even know what I was talking about...they did not know I could save favorites:eek:

Use your browser's "favorites" or "bookmarks" features rather than the website's.

I don't think she wants to save it to her browser favorites, but to the NCL.com favorites list.

 

To the OP...I do not even have a little heart. Just the link to the Favorites
