Shugibugi Posted October 28, 2013 #1 Share Posted October 28, 2013 I'm so nervous I could cry. We just returned home from our cruise on the Fantasy, Oct 19-26. We prepurchased the 10 images photo DVD before our cruise from mycruisephotos.com. Of course Shutters was crazy busy the last day of the cruise so I showed my receipt to a cast member and asked if I could select my 10 pictures from the website from home. She said yes of course!! She was wrong. I submitted a customer service "ticket" at mycruisephotos.com specifying our sailing and stateroom number as well as the purchase confirmation number.
