Can anybody give me some feedback on this hotel?

 

The rates look ok, they pickup from the airport and also have a shuttle to the french quarter and will take us to the port.

I stayed at this hotel 2-3 years ago when we went to New Orleans for the Sugar Bowl so I can't speak about the cruise shuttle to the port and the parking, but the hotel itself was nice, and I'm a pretty picky hotel person.

Stayed there December 2012 - It was a nice, clean hotel with a good hot breakfast. Near a large mall with many restaurant options. Transportation to the pier via van was smooth. Left car there for the week (no additional charge) and took a taxi back. If I remember correctly the taxi fare was $25.

We stayed there last Friday before our cruise. It's a little tricky to get to but I'd recommend it and I'd stay there again. The room was nice and bathroom was rather large. There's a nice courtyard which you access with your key card. The breakfast was good and hot. There's also a Kmart just behind if you have last minute shopping.

If you want a hotel in Metairie then I would stay at the Sleep Inn. We stayed there 2 nights last week and it was great

How far is it from the Cruise Terminal?

Depends on time of day and traffic but about 20 minutes.
