lisalisa143 Posted October 30, 2013 #2 Share Posted October 30, 2013 We just came back from Jacksonville, FL off the Fascination (had FTTF) and we gave luggage to porters, checked in and boarded after 2 wedding parties & Diamond/Platinum. Our room was ready & luggage was at the door so the whole process was probably 30 minutes. The wait was due to wedding parties boarding and pics being taken while they were boarding. HO HO Posted October 30, 2013 #3 Share Posted October 30, 2013 Do you give the porters your luggage or carry it with you through the check in process? How often is the room ready when you board? You give it to the porters (make sure the FTTF logo is on your luggage tag), and they will get it to the priority boarding luggage area where it is screened and taken aboard. FTTF staterooms are ready when you board - the ship already knows who's in which cabin, and they are prepared first. We just came off Conquest, and on the last night in one of the bottom drawers the steward already had the fresh sheets for the bed, as well as the Sunday Fun Times, and a welcome aboard note with the next occupants name on it.... Have a great cruise, and until you reach that Platinum stage - always get FTTF!
