We will be taking a private tour next month to Gordes and Roussillon and also Bonnieux and Lourmarin . Do you think we should eliminate one of the last two ? Is this too much for an 8-9 hr tour ?

If you are on a private tour, you can adjust on the fly. In my experience, the guides are very good at advising you prior and as the day unfolds. If you love the first stops, you can linger. If traffic is bad for some reason, you would need to shorten stay. Check with your guide, but I'm certain you can be flexible and if all goes well, you get to see everything you wish, whether that be 2 or 4 towns. We enjoyed our time in the area and I'm sure you will too.
