I have looked into Charlie's Rental car and it will be close to where we are staying. But I want to book a tour that uses a electric boat on bio bay. We would drive to Fajardo to see some sights and take tour. I have tentitvly booked a tour that takes us to Misquito Bay, but I think it's a lot of travel and too many modes of transportation.
