I don't mean to offend anyone but I don't want to sugarcoat things either. If one comes here without attitude and shows appreciation for the help they get, they'll get a lot nicer response - calling people rude after one has shown no interest of finding the info themselves to begin with is a completely different story. This is a community, not a support group. People do not tolerate freeloaders or rude behaviour from strangers in real-life communities, why would an internet community be any different? OP indicated that she did not "feel like searching" and added a smiley face. Expecting others to do work that you could easily do yourself is freeloading.
