Tell me about the nightlife on Constellation?

Considering the 5-night Key West/Cozumel cruise on Constellation. Have never cruised on Celebrity before but are Diamond on RCI and would get the same "perks". Just curious about what there is to do at night on Celebrity as opposed to RCI. Anyone?

It;s been awhile since I've sailed on the 4/5 night Celebrity cruises, but remember the nightlife to be tame compared to Royal and Carnival, but that's to be expected, since it's a different kind of crowd. But I also believe it depends on the date of your sailing as well, and what kind of nightlife are looking for?

Celebrity does not have nearly the same energy or nightlife as RCI, but with your cruise being a five nighter it should be more active than longer Celebrity cruises. Often the martini bar is the most energetic venue past 11:00pm; the casino also can still be busy (especially if the next day is a sea day) but do not expect a lot going on once you get near midnight.

Perk wise the perks on RCI and Celebrity are not the same, but you will be recognized as Elite - the top tier of Celebrity's loyalty program, Captain's Club (you do have to contact Captain's Club to register though; the recognition is not automatic). The perks are listed on Celebrity's website and most find them slightly better than RCI's Diamond perks.

We have booked the 5 night cruise you ask about and I am wondering the same thing. We will have a small group with us that can entertain themselves but it's always nice to have some other folks who like to party on board as well. First time on Celeb with us too. I have heard it's a quieter ship, but have also heard that they are trying to attract a younger crowd, so hopefully it will liven up a little! Only time will tell :)
