Don't expect anything. Then if you do get something, it will be a big surprise. There is another posting on here with several different phone numbers that you can call to find out. The one I have is 1-866-672-2582 Ext 70367.

Some have posted that they have cut way back on what they give you now. Others have said it's hit and miss.

DH did decent in Aug & was told to call before our next cruise to see if he had any comps. He called & was told there would be a gift basket in our room. On the Triumph last week, No gift basket, he asked on the 2nd day, they looked on their 'list' & said he wasn't on it... Oh well, we were still on our 3rd cruise this year. :D

You definitely will need to call them and ask them how you rated on the last cruise and the you will be sailing again.... give them your name and next sailing date.

If you don't you won't be on the list... And like the first responder said.. don't expect anything and whatever they offer will be better than nothing...

For 5200 points I would probably expect about $75 casino cash and maybe something in the cabin. You do need to call a few weeks in advance though, and if you can get an email confirmation from the Players Club as to what comps they are giving you that helps with any misunderstanding once on the ship.

I was on a Premier Casino Cruise last week on the Magic and the comps were amazing. We had special cocktail parties, free drinks from the beginning, bottles of water in the cabin, a tray of pastries almost every evening in the cabin, beach towels, Prosecco (Zonin), 12 cookies from the Plaza Cafe, early embarkation.

I am waiting until I get the fall 2014 offers to book another cruise.

You will probably get the Drinks on Us card, along with a bit of cash. On my first cruise with Carnival, I won the DoU card the hard way. Since then, I've been granted one every cruise, right off the bat. Thanks Carnival!
I've also received between 175, and 100 cash to start my casino bank with.
I have received a bottle of wine at dinner once each cruise from the casino also. Enjoy! I love me some Carnival!!!

Wife & I finished our last cruise with about 5,000 on each of our cards.
I called Carnival and was told we would each have $25 credit at the cage on our 2014 cruise. Hopefully we'll each get the drinks on us card as that will give us more money to gamble. :D

Apparently you have to Give them alot more than that to get the cards. I called and tried and they said i didn't Qualify for the Drinks on us card. Have to just do the normal 1500 points then get it deal. I had 4500 points on mine at last count in middle of cruise....

I am with you on waiting until next year's Premier offers to book my next cruise. I was on the Premier cruise on the Dream at the end of Sept. and will be on another one this Sunday on the Legend. On the Dream, my sister and I got the offer and were in two different cabins - this time my 2 sisters and I all got the offer and we'll be sharing a cabin. So, I wonder if this means 3 times all the goodies sent to the cabin?? If so, we're going to have a lot of water, strawberries, and cookies. Hope we get the towels this time - got a very nice leather (I think) datebook and smaller book on the Dream.

Anyway if any of you get the offer and can swing the limited dates that are available, don't hesitate to take them up on it. Great perks and lots of fu!n

I clarified with Martin and my PVP that each person has to book a room to get the "cash" offer portion of the Premier Cruise. I am not so sure about the other goodies, but I know that all members of the group get to participate in the drawings/party. We are going NCL Sun this weekend so I get to compare casinos/comps...should be fun!

$5300.00 got me $50.00
Hope you do better, but I doubt it sadly.....

The Premier cruises are the only way to cruise. They are excellent.... Did my first on the Splendor in Sept. Waiting for the next batch to come out as well.

Since the casino machines went down a few times during this cruise...they also gave each person a free cruise in an interior cabin for 2 .... plus an additional $100 in cash on top of the $300.00 the Premier cruise gave you.

Thumbs up to Carnival for extending these extra gifts :)

I was on the Breeze in September which was Premiere Casino Cruise and they were very good to me. I got a letter that said I had 350.00 waiting at the cage, when I went to get it they said there was a issue and could I collect it the next day, I said sure. went the next day and they gave me 700.00 had dinner for 2 in steakhouse got a bottle of wine and champagne 2 bottles of water, cookies, strawberries, a fruit and cheese tray, drinks on the casino card, a players club cooler and I won 1000.00 in the drawing. So I have no complaints with anything to do with the casino, the players club is only so so. I was told from my first cruise to make sure I introduce myself to the casino host and I always do.

I just called the Player's Club about my upcoming cruise next month. I didn't expect to receive anything at all, but I was wrong. It was definitely worth making that call!

My most recent cruise (last month), I spent more in the casino than the sum of my other four Carnival cruises combined. It was an 8-night cruise and I ended up with just over 1,000 points. Like I said, I expected nothing. However, I qualified for the Standard Bon Voyage package on my cruise next month.

My father has been on two Carnival cruises. He did not gamble at all on the first cruise. On his cruise last month, he ended with +/- 1,200 points. He qualified for a Premium Bon Voyage Package on our cruise next month.

My sister took her first Carnival cruise last month. She ended with +/- 3,500 points. She earned her Drinks On Us card about halfway through the 8-night cruise. She was also sent some strawberries and champagne to her cabin during the cruise. She qualified for a $50 casino credit on our cruise next month (but no cabin package).

So for those of you who never gambled enough to get a Drinks On Us card, don't rule yourselves out of getting some possible perks. Make the call. I spent 15 minutes on hold, but it was worth it IMO. Edited by rockbock

I enjoyed that Premier Casino Cruise also.
