Farrlacey Posted November 6, 2013 #1 Share Posted November 6, 2013 We're going to be on board Freedom for Christmas with Xmas day in Grand Cayman. What can we expect to eat? Will it be a formal dinner? Will there be parties, entertainment, decorations, etc? All info good. Never done a Christmas cruise or Carnival cruise before. Haven't done Christmas on a ship - but did Thanksgiving on the Splendor. TONS of families so the feel in the MDR was different. They made Elegant night Thanksgiving - nothing unusual on the menu but it was still a lovely evening. I'm sure the ship will be beautifully decorated - and I've heard that on Christmas Eve they do a "Night Before Christmas" reading for the kiddos! ;)
guxu Posted November 6, 2013 #3 Share Posted November 6, 2013 Did Christmas cruises at least twice (we have school age kids). There will be lots of decorations, Christmas songs, and Santa with gifts!
