Extension

I purchased a Cruise Rewards almost 4 years ago and haven't used it. I have been informed that you can now get an extension. I called and left a message and also have sent an email to the proper department. I haven't heard anything yet. Has anyone gotten an extension and if so for how long - hoping to cruise this summer to Alaska.

If you have a hard time extending, they are fully transferable, so if you have a sailing buddy that is looking to book soon you can give them yours and have them grab you one from their sailing. Good luck!

I was not aware that these could be extended. According to the rules:

 

7. Freestyle Cruise Rewards Deposits are valid for new reservations made within 4 years from the date of purchase, and become null and void after expiration. Failure to redeem and sail within 4 years will result in forfeiture of Freestyle Cruise Rewards Deposit.

There has been a change and they actually have a department that deals with it but they haven't gotten back to me.
