Can you go in and out of The Boatyard?

We were on the Valor last week and spent our day in Barbados at the Boatyard. They give you a wristband when you arrive, so I guess you would be able to get back in if you left. My husband and brother in law went on a snorkeling trip to the see the turtles and a shipwreck while we were there. It is a beautiful beach and we would definitely go back again. I think it's a great deal for $15 per person.

$15 includes chairs and an umbrella, A free drink, CLEAN bathrooms, a ride back to the port. Food is decent (pub style as well) We rented the jet skis and they secured our bags w/ all of our expensive camera equipment on top of the bar no questions asked. Security is present and there are rope swings off the pier and water 'toys' as well to climb and jump off. I'd return no questions asked. (happy hour runs every 2 hours B1G1 drinks)

I'm on Ventura in 2 weeks time, is it easy to walk to the boatyard? & how long a walk? Or would it be better to get a taxi there will be 3 of us one of which has walking difficulties.

It would be too far for anyone with walking difficulties. Do take a taxi!

They'll give you a ride back.

No worries leaving. We walked the beach and took a snorkel trip. The snorkel trips aren't affiliated with the boatyard. The locals were offering $20pp, but there were lots of options, we we talked them down to $15pp for one hour of snorkling at two shipwrecks and with sea turtles.

Do you remember how much the jet ski rental was?
