Wonderful time.. Sensation Halloween Costume

Here is the finished costumes. I made 16 smokestacks, one engineer costume and my daughter carried a sign that was the height limit sign to rider the Carnival Roller Coaster.

 

The whole thing took about 4 months to build and 7 suit cases to get it on board.

18 king size mattress boxes,

56 cans of paint, 96 1/2 pvc caps,

38 pool noodles,

125 feet string,

125 zip ties,

150 feet 1/2 pvc piping and 40 feet of velco strap.
