What are the benefits of purchasing a Posh pass? We are in a balcony and plan to use it a lot during the trip. Would it be worth purchasing the pass?

Depends on what you're looking for. Posh has a bar, padded loungers and chairs, umbrellas, and a view over the pool deck. If those are really important, it might be worth it to you.

If you decide to go for it, you need to do it as soon as you get on

 

Many balconies don't have loungers, only chairs - so depends what you want comfort wise

If you want to spend time at the pool it is a great thing. The EPIC is a large ship and we found the pool area (loungers) crowded and hard to find. Posh gives you a spot above the pool to relax on a padded lounger. It is very inexpensive also (I believe 130 for 2 for the week). It made our EPIC Carib cruise this year much more pleasurable than it would have been without it.

Is the Posh Area non smoking? My husband is very put off by smoking, and if we manage to get a Posh pass and end up being surrounded by smokers, I know he won't be happy.

Smoking is allowed in Posh.

When we were on the Epic, Posh was never crowded. There was one smoker, and OF COURSE she had to be sitting right next to us. :rolleyes: We just moved. :p
