emeraldcity Posted November 13, 2013 #1 Share Posted November 13, 2013 I logged in to complete my set-sail pass for next month's cruise and it says it's already completed. There is a message on the page telling me to reprint it because the original one is no longer valid. The original was for the May 31st Grandeur cruise, which was cancelled due to the fire. I guess when they transferred my booking, they even transferred the set sail pass info. I certainly never expected that.

I hope you're planning the same means of payment for the onboard expenses, and the credit card hasn't expired in the meantime. That'd slow you down a bit at check-in... :)
emeraldcity Posted November 14, 2013 Author #3 Share Posted November 14, 2013 Good point. The credit card was actually cancelled and re-issued with another number. I'll log back in and see if I can change it.
reedl Posted November 14, 2013 #4 Share Posted November 14, 2013 Since you only put in the lat four digits of the card online, it does not matter. They scan the card at checkin. That is the one that is used.
Ken at the beach Posted November 14, 2013 #5 Share Posted November 14, 2013 I always book and pay in Canadian $ and this is the card that hey have on file but when I check in at the pier I change the credit card and use my US$ card for all onboard purchases. emeraldcity Posted November 14, 2013 Author #6 Share Posted November 14, 2013 Yep, you're right ... only the last 4 digits on file ... so that is really pretty meaningless. I changed it anyway, because I was already on the page, but that's just because I'm one of those tiresome detail-oriented people. ;)
