RCI kids club or Carnival kids club?

Looking at booking next years cruise..... can't decide between Carnival Miracle (LA to Hawaii) or RCI Voyager (Syd to New Zealand)... travelling with hubby and 2 kids (6yrs/8yrs girls). Anyone been on both cruises and has an opinion??

mostly interested in kids club as the last time we were on a carnival ship was pre-kids so have no idea about their kids club and how it compares to rci.... Thanks for any help :)

Well I cant be of any help on the Carnival side but we just returned from an RCI cruise and my kids (9 & 7) LOVED Ocean Adventure club! They had such a great time and the staff was so wonderful to them. They allowed them to stay together even though my daughter was 9 ....age groups were 6-8 and then 9-11...they especially loved doing the talent show and the pajama party!

They are both wonderful, you'll be fine with either choice.

I'd pick RCI because it goes to Australia, however I see you are from there so you may want to do Hawaii instead.

We've never done Carnival but have done RCI 3x with the kids (our were age 5 and 8 at the time) and they loved Adventure Ocean!

Thanks everyone - so far I am hearing such great things about Adventure Ocean! Im leaning towards New zealand... just have to get Hubby across the line lol
