Years ago on Honeymoon (1993)we did a bunch of tahitian islands and stayed in sofitels hotel, they had a great vanilla soap, "monoi"? I see many monoi brand soaps online but i dont see this original vanilla one, anyone help in id'ing or locating? Thanks

We've tried them all over the years and we came to find this one was the best in our opinion.

 

There are a few andthe boxes look similar so look at it carefully. I wouldn't be surprised if this is the soap your referring to.

 

Notice what is is called "MONOI" "Coconut". They also make it in Vanilla

up, that's it, glad someone seconded my opinion. Excellent soap. That is not the one on the monoi website, i can't find it in the states or even on several trips to europe!

Standard haul for every trip we take ........ Kilo of fresh vanilla, 10 bars of coconut soap & 3-6 pearls :D

I just came home with a dozen bars of soap - I like the vanilla better than the coconut!
