Upcoming NCL Promotion - Wrap it up

Just heard that NCL will be offering another promotion "Norwegians Wrap It Up Early" - starting on 11/27/13. Seems to be OBC in denominations similar to Dash Sales.

Not knowing what a dash sale was, I did a google search and came across this:

They are advertising this now on their website as if it was going on now, however, when you do a mock booking, it is not showing up. Nowhere on their website does it say when it starts!

Dash sale runs..... 11/27-12/03..... fleet wide, and ship, any sailing, as long as its 3+ days... they get 50% reduced deposit, and OBC

The OBC is good but I always can't believe the amount of people that think a half off deposit sale is actually a sale!
