CNMomma Posted November 23, 2013 #1 Share Posted November 23, 2013 We have a cruise booked for Nov 2014. We cruised on Fantasy in the spring of 2013. Has anyone been on a Merry Time cruise? We are looking for things people enjoyed that was special about these cruises.
moki'smommy Posted November 23, 2013 #2 Share Posted November 23, 2013 Gingerbread house making--get complimentary tickets at GS right after boarding. If you can't get a ticket and still want to go, on our last holiday cruise there was a line of "no ticket" families outside about 15 minutes before the event; if there were no shows, these people got in on a first in line, first seated basis. At our event, everyone got in!

moki'smommy Posted November 26, 2013 #5 Share Posted November 26, 2013 Tree lighting ceremony on the first night. Christmas Caroling--check Navigator for time. There are many more events on the actual holiday cruise, but the above are typically on all cruises between Thanksgiving and Christmas.

moki'smommy Posted November 28, 2013 #9 Share Posted November 28, 2013 Tree lighting was between the dinner times so people from both dinner seatings could attend. Sorry that I don't remember the exact time. It lasts about 15 minutes. Not a really big deal, but fun. First night of the cruise.
