If you booked under early saver you have up to 48 hours before the ship sails to apply for price reductions.

This is the email I received back from Carnival after submitting my price guarantee form...has anyone else received this? Middle I do something wrong?..

 

Our records indicate that your reservation was made on 11/22/2013. To qualify for the Best Price Guarantee you must submit the form within 48 hours from the date the reservation was made. If your reservation is prior to the final payment, please contact our Reservations Service Department at 1-800-438-6744 ext 70355 for further assistance.

Curious, did you book a non-refundable rate and that's why you can't get a price reduction?
