centrevillemom Posted November 30, 2013 #2 Share Posted November 30, 2013 Thanks for the videos! Did you like BL as much as the prior times? Did you go with the ship or on your own? Were you able to catch the 4pm ferry back? How was the water? Able to still get in? We sail next week. Thanks for any info you can provide. limeyalchemist Posted November 30, 2013 Author #3 Share Posted November 30, 2013 (edited) Thanks for the videos!Did you like BL as much as the prior times? Did you go with the ship or on your own? Were you able to catch the 4pm ferry back? How was the water? Able to still get in? We sail next week. Thanks for any info you can provide. We had probably our best visit this last time on Nov 20. Partly that was because we had another family with three girls our girls' ages, plus grandparents. But also because it was off season and quieter. The weather was perfect also. We booked through NCL as their prices were identical to booking direct. So we didn't have the hassle of taking a taxi or worry if we were late back. We did catch the 4pm ferry and we arrived at the cruise terminal about 5pm. They made a stop at Paradise Island terminal to drop off hotel guests first. The water temp in Nov was lovely. I don't like cold water and I had no trouble getting in. Just be warned about having to pay extra for access to the inflatable water park @ $15 ea. There are inflatables on land too it these were closed when we were there. Also available on the island are hammocks, giant chess, chequers, connect four and limbo bar. There's a gift shop and souvenir stand of carved wood and conch shells. Have a great time. We did!
