Has anyone been on the KonTiki tour recently?

Hello! We did the KonTiki glass bottom boat tour on December 2. There were 16 of us from age 24 to 77 and we had a BLAST! There was free water and punch but they also offered several delicous (and potent) rum drinks at $7 in cup with $6 refills.

The MC Jamie told us about the island as we cruised to pick up another group. Great views of the island and very interesting.

Honeymoon Beach was awesome! Had a great little grill with burgers and such and cold beer and soda. I think they may have had rum drinks as well. The water close to the beach was a little rough on the feet at first, I would recommend water shoes for sure.

Steel drum band was awesome and the crew provided a very fun party atmosphere with games including a limbo contest and conga line! Also, this was probably the easiest cruise excursion to get to EVER. You literally walk off the ship and down the pier to the boat and same way to get back on ship. It was great!

Sounds likeyou had fun! While I love a good time, do you think this was an excursion that would be OK for teenagers, and also at the beach were the food and drinks included in the tour? Thanks for the info!

I think the tour would be fine for teenagers. The food and drinks were not included in tour. I can't remember exact prices but the buglers and fish tacos were a hit with our group.

Do think rum punch is included ... just not the other rum drinks.
