Has anyone rented a car, got picked up upon leaving the ship at the port then returned car at FLL??

I'm not sure I understand your question. Are you asking about renting a car at the port and returning it at the airport?

 

Are you asking about being picked up at the port by a shuttle to the rental car agency?

Budget is very near the Port 17 tv street in the Quay plaza. They offer a shuttle service. Excellent service.
