Don't know about the double, but regarding bars, we like Viking Crown for the view, Vintages for the wine, and Schooner for the music/activities.

I personally like "lots" of Grey Goose and a "splash" of cranberry juice. I had the Premium Package and just asked for Grey Goose and only a tiny splash of cranberry - had no problems getting what I wanted. Bar tenders want to help make you what you want. Just tell them exactly what you want and they will figure out a way to make it. The great thing about the package is that you get another drink if you don't like the one you are drinking (no extra charge). I LOVED the Premium Beverage package!
