Shore excursion Questions..

I am new to Cruise Critic.. I had a few quesitons.. My partner (30) and I (29) are going on Celebrity Silhouette Eastern Caribbean. We plan on doing a shore excursion at every port expect SJU. What should we do in St. Kitts and St. Maarten? You can only go snorkeling so many times... Please help!
