Checking Onboard Credit Online

Can you check how much credit you have online? Where do you go to do this? Thank you!

I was wondering about this as well! I've sorta looked around the manage my cruise section but couldn't find it!

I emailed them and they had me a response in less than 24 hrs

Ditto. I always check on my invoice and it's either in the itemized listing of charges OBC $100 ..........$0.0 or something like that or it is in a note in another section. It probably depends on what the credit is from, e.g price reduction, coupon, future cruise certificate etc.

Not obc but if you buy cruise cash is there a way to verify it has been credited to your s&s I bought some last week and its not showing anywhere.

I didn't see it there. I've been buying the, "Cruise Cash" online and they haven't emailed me any sort of confirmation or anything. Hmmmm.... :confused:

When you go to your cruise manager, click on View cruise documents,then click the print general information.On 2nd page of pdf, OBC will show below the itemized charges box, if there are OBC posted.

Don't worry, nsw104 has the right information. I have had problems finding it in the past and when you finally see it. . .

Amanda I know I called them and they said its there but I couldn't believe I didn't get a email or anything
